Yes, we do ship internationally, except for a few products that are only available for shipping within the USA. The shipping fee may vary depending on your location.

Unfortunately, our system only allows one discount per order. If you have another discount code that you would like to use, please feel free to use it towards a future purchase.

Return Policy

At Shroomojo, your satisfaction is our priority. If the product you ordered did not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund. Please follow the guidelines below:

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund to the original form of payment.
  • Example: If your item was delivered on November 1st, it must be shipped back by December 1st.
  • All parts of the product must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • Unused and unopened items returned within 30 days will receive a refund.

Return Shipping:

  • A $7.99 shipping fee will be subtracted from your total refund amount for mail-in returns.

Processing Time:

  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to be reflected in your account.
  • It may take up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on item availability.
